This phase is aimed at recovering significant, modifiable disabilities that require a high level of specialized medical diagnostic and rehabilitative therapeutic commitment in terms of complexity and daily intervention duration, approximately equivalent to at least three hours of specific therapy per day, delivered directly by rehabilitation healthcare professionals.<\/p><p><strong><span
