What data do we use?

Our site is a showcase site, describing our activities and the services we offer. The only forms of interactivity are the submission through the general information request forms and the spontaneous submission of resumes, attached as PDF files.

To communicate via email, various personal data are used, such as:

  • Non-sensitive identification data such as name, surname, email address. These are the data provided to access our services: sending free text contact form, sending curriculum vitae.

Why and on what legal basis do we collect your data?

The provided data allow us to respond to sent emails and review resumes.

Personal data are processed for the above purposes through a series of both manual and automated operations and are stored electronically, in compliance with Article 5 of the Regulation, for a reasonable time: resumes 6 months.

Consent is always voluntary, free, informed, and the provision of your personal data serves the purpose for which you interacted with us; otherwise, we will not be able to fulfill your request (in the case of submission through the form or evaluate your resume).

How long are your data stored for?

Personal data are stored and used for no longer than 6 months from the date of receipt.

Who can access your data?

  • Employees and/or collaborators of the company in their capacity as internal processors and/or responsible administrators, all trained and educated;
  • Affiliated companies and service providers performing outsourced activities on behalf of the company in their capacity as external data processors, performing instrumental or support activities.

Who can your data be communicated to?
